SHIPPING TIME

Shinjus is an Australian founded and registered company. Currently all shipment will be sent via air parcel from China. If you require the product in a shorter time frame, Shinjus also offers express air shipping.

Regular air parcel : 8 - 15 days

Express air parcel (DHL or TNT) : 3 to 5 days

SHIPPING COST

Flat rate shipping across the Shinjus’ entire range.

Regular air parcel

For every transaction, the shipping fee for the first item is $10 (Australian dollars). Each subsequent item in the same transaction will incur a charge of $4 (Australian dollars) per item.

Express air parcel

For every transaction, the shipping fee for the first item is $30 (Australian dollars). Each subsequent item in the same transaction will incur a charge of $10 (Australian dollars) per item.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

If you change your mind, exclude any gift cards and engraved items, you may be able receive a refund if:

  • The items are returned within 45 days from the date of purchase. 
  • The items are in a salable condition.
  • The items are genuine Shinjus products

Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment. If the original form of payment is no longer available, you will have a choice of a refund onto a Shinjus eGift Card or a product exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping will be deducted before refund is issued.

GUARANTEE RETURNS

If your Shinjus jewellery fails within 90 days after the delivery date. Please contact us via email with photos of the problem. We will be in touch as soon as as possible.
